Processing time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

- European Union: 10-20 business days
Shipping rates:
- Canada: Free over CAD 99.99 / CAD 12.99 standard
- United States: Free over CAD 149.99 / CAD 14.95 standard
- European Union: Free over CAD 199.99 / CAD 18.99 standard
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs & duties (EU): International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
